Call (866) 673-3495 during business hours (Mon Fri, 9am 6pm ET) and state that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Be prepared to provide your name and the contact information associated with your call or email.

Include your full name, contact information, and a clear statement that you are requesting opt-out from the sale or sharing of your personal information.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require verification of your identity before processing the request.

Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. If you have GPC enabled in your browser, no further action is required from you for browser-based opt-out.

• We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days
• We will process and complete your request within forty-five (45) days, with one extension of up to forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary
• We will stop selling or sharing your personal information with our marketing partners going forward
• We cannot recall information that has already been shared with a partner prior to your request. Opt-out applies to future sharing only.
• You may submit another request to re-enable sharing at any time

Opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information does not prevent us from:

• Using your information internally to operate our business
• Sharing your information with service providers who help us operate the platform (CRM, email, analytics, hosting)
• Disclosing your information when required by law or legal process
• Retaining your information for the period described in our Privacy Policy

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive a different level or quality of service, and we will not deny services or charge different prices based on your decision to opt out.
